The YouthBank is a knowledge bank in allowing our youths to 'deposit' their volunteer time and facilitating youth leaders to recruit, organise and manage volunteers for meaningful community projects.
In addition, it acts as a proactive matchmaker, ensuring proper training, matching and follow-through for all youths involved on a sustainable basis. It also seeks to celebrate the involvement of the youths, and facilitate the sharing of experiences and ideas amongst them, thereby creating a virtuous cycle of encouraging their development as community champions.
